Key Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' current health status, lifestyle, and wellness goals. • Develop and implement personalized wellness action plans , incorporating nutrition, fitness, stress reduction, and other lifestyle factors. • Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and accountability to clients through virtual sessions (video calls, phone, email). • Educate clients on evidence-based health practices and empower them to make informed decisions about their well-being. • Track client progress, provide regular feedback, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure goal achievement. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals when necessary to support clients with complex health needs.

Requirements • Certification from a recognized Health and Wellness Coaching program. • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Wellness Coach or Health Consultant, with a strong track record of client success. • Extensive knowledge of nutrition, exercise physiology, behavioral psychology, and stress management techniques. • Excellent virtual communication, active listening, and motivational interviewing skills. • Proficiency with virtual coaching platforms and digital health tools. • A genuine passion for promoting holistic health and empowering individuals.
