Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site and Plant Operations Supervisor to manage daily operations at a 30 TPH small‑scale gold mining plant. The role includes overseeing plant performance, supervising site activities, ensuring safety compliance, and leading a local workforce in a remote setting.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in mining or plant operations.
• Strong practical knowledge of gravity‑based recovery systems.
• Proven leadership in remote or small‑scale operations.
• Mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Fluent in English. French or Swahili speaking will be an advantage.
