What we look for? We are looking for a Solution Architect with a strong strategic and technical mindset to lead the architecture and evolution of key capabilities within the SaaS Assisted Channels client platform .
You will play a critical role defining and implementing technical solutions for Reporting (real-time and historical) across assisted channels (Contact Centers and Branches), ensuring scalability, consistency, and alignment with business objectives in a global, multi-country environment. High English level is required.
