Remote Warehouse Systems Specialist

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Remote Warehouse Systems Specialist to manage and optimize their warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technologies. This fully remote position is critical for ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of our client's warehousing operations across various locations. You will be responsible for system configuration, user support, data integrity, and the implementation of new system features, working closely with IT, operations, and external vendors. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional who excels in a remote, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the company's Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other related logistics software.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for WMS users, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Develop and execute test plans for system updates, upgrades, and new module implementations.
• Ensure data integrity within the WMS by establishing and monitoring data governance policies.
• Collaborate with operations teams to define system requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Create and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Systems Specialist, WMS Administrator, or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of WMS functionalities and configurations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills for remote interaction.
• Experience with SQL, database management, and reporting tools is highly desirable.
