• Managing Capabilities: Manage and work with data findings of data specialist Hold data specialists, dev, and support specialists accountable Report to the team lead with questions, observations, and process improvement ideas 2.
• Optimizing skills: Prepare, run and evaluate A/B tests for clients Conceptualize, create, prioritize, and design a hypothesis Prepare templates/ tests for developers for seamless coding schedules 3. Data findings & testing schedule Use data findings to put the hypothesis into context and create a testing tactic for the client Oversee seamless data collection for clients and manage the client's testing schedule. Requirements Come as you are - the role's requirements: Independent and organised working style Analytical thinking and creativity Strong communication skills / customer service Basic understanding of e-commerce Fluent communication skills in English Neuromarketing and sales psychology Understanding of A/B testing statistics.
