Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Geography, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Market Analyst , preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience with real estate data sources and platforms (e.g., Lightstone, Property24 data).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
