About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers in the design, analysis, and validation of mechanical systems and products.

• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptualization through to production, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Expertise in CAD software, finite element analysis (FEA), and computational fluid dynamics (CFD).
• Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects and deliver results in a remote work environment.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing engineering talent.
