Senior HR Generalist (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution support to employees and managers remotely.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires across different regions.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
• Design and deliver training programs and employee development initiatives virtually.
• Analyze HR data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist , with a strong emphasis on employee relations and talent management.
• Extensive knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience working effectively in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Excellent virtual communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
