You will work within a global operations center, collaborating with teams to maintain high standards of service availability and performance. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of network operations, and thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment, safeguarding critical telecom infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance, availability, and security using advanced network management tools.
• Respond promptly to network alerts and incidents, performing initial diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently.
• Perform routine network maintenance tasks, including configuration backups, software updates, and system health checks.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to scale complex issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Document network events, resolutions, and standard operating procedures for the network operations team.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in network operations or a similar role within the telecommunications sector.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios) and ticketing systems.
• Understanding of telecom network principles , including TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
