Key Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows for global operations.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on process optimization and system design.
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical process control.
- Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing complex improvement projects.
