About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Sanitation Coordinator to manage and optimize sanitation processes across multiple sites from a remote location. This role is pivotal in ensuring consistent adherence to high hygiene standards, regulatory compliance, and efficient resource allocation without direct on-site supervision. You will leverage digital tools and communication platforms to monitor operations, train remote teams, analyze data, and implement strategic improvements. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a deep understanding of sanitation best practices, excellent project management skills, and the ability to foster a culture of cleanliness remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and disseminate sanitation protocols and best practices for various operational sites to be followed by on-site teams.
• Utilize remote monitoring tools and reporting systems to track compliance, identify potential issues, and measure performance against key metrics.
• Coordinate with on-site cleaning teams and managers to address specific sanitation needs, troubleshoot problems, and provide guidance.
• Conduct virtual training sessions and provide ongoing support to remote staff to ensure proper implementation of hygiene procedures.
• Analyze sanitation data to identify trends, recommend process improvements, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
