Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers and sellers.
• Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, focusing on the KwaZulu-Natal market.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Optimize website content and property listings for search engines (SEO) to improve online visibility.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales teams and agents to ensure marketing efforts align with their needs and objectives in Richards Bay .

Requirements
