About the Role

You will be responsible for everything from lease administration and tenant relations to financial reporting and strategic investment planning. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of a diverse portfolio of real estate properties.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize property value, rental income, and occupancy rates.
• Manage tenant relationships, lease negotiations, and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repair activities remotely.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including budgets, variance analysis, and investment performance reviews.
• Stay informed about market trends, legislative changes, and best practices in property management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or portfolio management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing investment properties and optimizing portfolio performance.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, adapted for remote interaction.
• Proficiency in property management software and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of the South African real estate market and landlord-tenant laws is essential.
