Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify new tourism trends, market opportunities, and potential product concepts.
• Design and develop innovative tourism products, including tours, packages, and experiences, from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) and external partners (suppliers, DMOs) to refine product offerings.
• Create detailed product specifications, itineraries, pricing structures, and operational plans.
• Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and implement improvements to enhance offerings.
• Stay abreast of competitor activities and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Proven experience in tourism product development, tour operations, or a related role within the travel industry.
• Strong understanding of market analysis, product lifecycle management, and travel trends.
• Excellent creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in research methodologies and data analysis.
