About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly organized and efficient Remote Catering Logistics Specialist to manage the complex supply chain and delivery aspects of their distributed catering services, operating remotely from Pretoria. This role is critical for ensuring that all catering orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time, coordinating with suppliers, delivery partners, and internal teams. You will leverage technology and data analytics to optimize logistics, minimize waste, and enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end logistics of catering orders, from order placement to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with a network of approved suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of ingredients and supplies.
• Develop and optimize delivery routes and schedules using logistics software to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor inventory levels remotely and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Requirements
