About the Role
Our client is looking for a visionary and results-oriented Remote Early Childhood Program Manager to lead their innovative online childcare solutions, operating from the dynamic hub of Sandton . This is a fully remote position focused on the strategic development, implementation, and oversight of all online early learning programs. You will manage a distributed team, set program goals, ensure quality and compliance, and work closely with stakeholders to drive growth and engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for all online early childhood education programs.
- Manage a remote team of educators, curriculum developers, and support staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality, engaging, and developmentally appropriate digital learning content.
- Ensure program compliance with educational standards, licensing requirements, and best practices in online learning.
- Monitor program performance, analyze key metrics, and report on progress to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in early childhood education, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role, preferably in an online or remote setting.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and scaling educational programs.
- Strong understanding of online learning technologies, instructional design principles, and child development.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with extensive experience managing remote teams.
