About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Remote HR Manager to lead their Human Resources function for their globally distributed organization, with potential links to Mahikeng . This senior role requires a leader who can develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives, manage a remote HR team, and foster a high-performance culture across diverse geographic locations. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance, all within a remote-first framework, ensuring consistent and effective HR practices worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Demonstrated experience leading HR functions in a remote or distributed global environment.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Expertise in compensation, talent management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
