About the Role

You will be the key liaison between clients, the catering team, and vendors, coordinating every aspect to deliver memorable events. Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand event requirements, themes, budgets, and dietary needs.
• Develop creative and customized catering menus and event concepts.
• Coordinate all logistical aspects of catering events, including timelines, vendor bookings, and staffing.
• Ensure seamless communication between clients, the culinary team, and on-site event staff (if applicable).
• Manage event budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring profitability.
• Conduct post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Event Planner or Catering Coordinator , with a strong portfolio of successfully executed events.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple events simultaneously in a remote capacity.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
• Creative flair with a good understanding of culinary trends and event design.
• Proficiency in event management software and virtual collaboration tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve under pressure to ensure event success.
