Remote Childcare Consultant

About the Role

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Remote Childcare Consultant to provide expert advice and support to families and childcare providers across various locations. This position is fully remote, allowing you to leverage your expertise from anywhere. You will be responsible for offering guidance on childcare options, developmental milestones, setting up home learning environments, and navigating the complexities of early childhood care. Your insights will help families make informed decisions and enhance the quality of childcare services in general.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation services to parents and guardians on selecting appropriate childcare solutions.
• Offer guidance on child development stages, behavioral management, and age-appropriate activities.
• Advise on best practices for creating safe, stimulating, and nurturing home or childcare environments.
• Develop and deliver online workshops or webinars on various childcare-related topics.
• Assist childcare providers in improving their services, curriculum, and operational efficiency.
• Stay current with research and trends in early childhood education and childcare policy.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Early Childhood Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in direct childcare, program management, or consulting.
• Demonstrated expertise in child development, pedagogy, and family support.
• Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively remotely.
• Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools and platforms.
