About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect complex, large-scale telecom networks , including core, edge, and access layers.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of new network technologies, standards, and vendor solutions.
• Develop long-term network strategies, roadmaps, and technical standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to ensure architectural integrity and alignment with business goals.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to network engineering teams.
• Oversee the implementation of architectural designs, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in telecom network architecture and design.
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, IP routing, MPLS, SDN/NFV, and cloud-native architectures.
• Proven track record of designing and deploying carrier-grade networks.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, adept at presenting complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
