Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, including software development, system integrations, and infrastructure upgrades in a remote-first environment.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to define project requirements, scope, and technical specifications.
• Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and timelines, managing dependencies and critical paths effectively.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges, ensuring project success and high-quality outcomes.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all project stakeholders, including engineering teams, management, and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in technical project management , with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Proven experience managing complex IT projects, preferably within a fully remote or hybrid setting.
