You will transform architectural plans and concepts into compelling visual representations that effectively communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D architectural visualizations, including still images and walkthrough animations.
• Interpret architectural drawings, models, and client briefs to produce accurate and aesthetically pleasing visuals.
• Work with various 3D modeling and rendering software to achieve photorealistic results.
• Manage multiple visualization projects simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate remotely with architects, designers, and marketing teams to refine visual concepts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Architectural Visualizer or 3D Artist specializing in architecture.
• Expert proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D) and rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, Octane).
• Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, composition, and post-production techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration and feedback incorporation.
