Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions, utilizing remote tools and platforms.
• Facilitate seamless remote onboarding and offboarding processes for all new and departing employees.
• Provide responsive and accurate HR support to employees via email, phone, and video conferencing.
• Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
• Manage and maintain employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality for our remote workforce.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a broad HR role, with proven experience in remote work environments.
• Solid understanding of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent proficiency with HRIS, video conferencing tools, and collaboration software.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity while working from home.
