Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior-level and niche IT positions, ensuring efficient and effective talent acquisition.
• Develop and implement cutting-edge sourcing strategies utilizing diverse channels to attract top IT talent, including passive candidates.
• Conduct in-depth technical interviews and competency assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural alignment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of specialized experience in IT recruitment, with a strong track record of success in placing senior technical roles.
• Deep understanding of various IT domains, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data science, and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and leveraging recruitment technology platforms.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
