Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote analysis of industrial processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
• Develop and propose data-driven strategies for improving production throughput, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Utilize process modeling and simulation software to test and validate proposed solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and project teams.
• Collaborate with remote and on-site engineers and management to implement process improvements.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in industrial process optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in process optimization, industrial engineering, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop practical solutions.
• Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python).
• Excellent remote communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
