About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled Remote Pharmaceutical Data Analyst to join their innovative team. In this fully remote position, you will be instrumental in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting complex pharmaceutical data to drive strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency. You will work with large datasets related to clinical trials, market trends, and drug efficacy, transforming raw information into actionable insights. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data manipulation tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders across the organization, all within a collaborative, remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various pharmaceutical sources, including clinical trial data, sales figures, and market research.
  • Develop and implement data analysis models and algorithms to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to drug development and market performance.
  • Create clear and compelling data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Marketing, Sales) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy, adhering to all relevant data privacy and security regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to succeed in a remote work environment.
