Role : Chief Legal Officer (Remote) Location : Remote (Work from Anywhere) Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients seeking a Senior General Counsel to provide high-level legal oversight for a technology platform operating in the gig-economy space. The role involves shaping legal strategy and ensuring compliance for a rapidly expanding AI-driven platform with global operations.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead all legal matters including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management for a high-growth platform. • Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, including vendor agreements, partnership deals, and commercial contracts. • Provide strategic legal advice to senior leadership on emerging legal risks in the gig-economy and AI sectors. • Manage litigation and dispute resolution, including coordinating with external counsel and representing the company in legal proceedings. • Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with international laws, including data privacy, consumer protection, and employment regulations.
