Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily operational activities and projects across different teams.

• Track project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
• Manage schedules, coordinate virtual meetings, and prepare necessary documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Coordinator or in a similar remote role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a strong focus on detail.
• Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Teams).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for remote environments.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
