Germany-Based English & German AI Generalist Trainer (Remote, Full-Time)

About The Role

Rex.zone is hiring Germany-based, bilingual English/German AI Generalist Trainers to support RLHF and large language model evaluation. You will assess, rank, and validate model outputs while documenting clear rationales to improve training data quality and model performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate prompts and model-generated outputs in German and English
• Rank and compare responses using defined rubrics
• Perform QA evaluation to validate consistency, factuality, and policy adherence
• Apply content safety labeling and data labeling standards
• Write concise reasoning/justifications aligned to annotation guidelines
• Validate edge cases, elevate ambiguous examples, and propose rubric clarifications
• Track errors and support continuous model performance

Basic Qualifications

• Based in Germany; able to work remotely with reliable internet
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and consistency
• Comfortable following annotation guidelines and documenting decisions
• Able to meet daily quality and throughput targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI data labeling, RLHF, LLM evaluation, or prompt evaluation
• Familiarity with LLM failure modes (hallucinations, instruction-following, safety)
• Experience with content safety labeling and QA workflows

Compensation And Schedule

$35-40 USD/hr depending on performance and task complexity. Full-time remote schedule with consistent weekly volume.
