About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Remote Manufacturing Process Specialist to provide expert guidance on optimizing production processes across their global facilities. This position is fully remote, enabling you to contribute your deep understanding of manufacturing techniques and efficiency improvements from any location. You will analyze process data, recommend enhancements, and support the implementation of best practices to ensure high levels of productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Your role will be vital in maintaining and elevating our manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing process data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and document best practices for various manufacturing operations, ensuring consistency across facilities.
• Provide remote expert consultation and support to plant engineers and production teams on process optimization.
• Research and recommend new technologies and methodologies to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
• Assist in the development and delivery of remote training programs for manufacturing personnel on process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing operations and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proven ability to analyze complex manufacturing data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, adapted for remote collaboration.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and manufacturing analytics tools is a plus.
