About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and implementing hygiene protocols, conducting virtual audits, managing supply chains for cleaning materials, and collaborating with site managers to address any hygiene-related concerns. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and adept at utilizing technology to oversee operations and drive continuous improvement in facility hygiene across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive hygiene and sanitation programs for all company facilities.
• Conduct virtual inspections and audits to ensure compliance with established hygiene standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the procurement, inventory, and distribution of cleaning supplies and equipment to various sites.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities management , environmental services, or a related hygiene coordination role, with significant experience working remotely.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, sanitation best practices, and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in using virtual communication tools, project management software, and data analysis platforms.
