Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for a variety of roles, with a focus on technology positions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team needs and define robust job requirements.
• Utilize a wide range of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
• Build and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct effective interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market compensation, and competitor talent acquisition practices.
• Collaborate effectively with a distributed, remote team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Senior Recruiter, with a strong focus on tech recruitment.
• Demonstrable success in sourcing and hiring niche technical roles.
• Excellent understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM).
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, results-driven, and highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working in a fully remote capacity is highly preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
• Proficiency in utilizing recruitment analytics to drive decision-making.
