About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Farm Operations Manager to oversee and optimize agricultural operations for various projects. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational plans to maximize crop yield and farm efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in farm management or agricultural operations.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and operations effectively.
• Strong understanding of modern farming techniques, crop cycles, and livestock management (if applicable).
