Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for assigned categories, aligning with business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis, including supplier landscape, cost drivers, and emerging trends.
• Lead complex negotiations for major contracts and framework agreements, achieving significant cost reductions and improved terms.
• Manage and develop strategic supplier relationships to foster collaboration and drive innovation.
• Mitigate supply chain risks through robust supplier qualification, performance monitoring, and contingency planning.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., R&D, Operations, Marketing) to understand their needs and ensure procurement alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
• Proven track record of delivering substantial cost savings and value through strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Expertise in negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sourcing tools and data analysis.
