About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and creative Remote Instructional Designer to develop engaging and effective learning solutions for their workforce. This fully remote role involves analyzing learning needs, designing curriculum, and creating e-learning courses, facilitator guides, and other training materials. You will leverage adult learning principles and modern technology to create impactful learning experiences that drive skill development and knowledge acquisition. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze learning needs and design curriculum for various training programs.
- Develop engaging e-learning modules, interactive simulations, and multimedia training content.
- Create facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and assessment tools.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE).
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
