Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize all aspects of insurance operations, including policy issuance, claims handling, and customer service functions.

• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality.

• Manage and mentor remote operational teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring employee engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in insurance operations management , with a strong track record of leading remote teams.

• In-depth knowledge of insurance processes, systems, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff in a remote setting.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
