About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Lead Project Manager to join their fully remote team. This critical role will spearhead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of key strategic initiatives across the organization, regardless of geographical location. You will be responsible for driving project success by defining clear objectives, managing cross-functional teams remotely, and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations in a remote setting.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, resource requirements, budgets, and schedules, utilizing remote collaboration tools effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or PMP certification is a strong asset.
• Over 8 years of comprehensive project management experience, with a significant portion focused on managing remote or distributed teams.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic project plans, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and virtual collaboration skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust remotely.
• Proficiency with project management software and collaboration platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
