Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Social Sciences, Community Development, or a related field.
• Previous experience in community outreach, social support, or client services.
• Familiarity with the social service landscape in Western Cape.
• Demonstrated ability to use technology for remote client engagement and case management.
• Exceptional empathy, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.
