About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Writer to join their fully remote medical affairs team. This role is essential for crafting clear, accurate, and scientifically sound documents that support our pharmaceutical products throughout their lifecycle. You will work on a variety of medical and regulatory documents, collaborating with subject matter experts across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Author, edit, and review a range of medical and regulatory documents, including clinical study reports, protocols, investigator brochures, and regulatory submission documents.

• Ensure all written content is scientifically accurate, clear, concise, and adheres to relevant regulatory guidelines and company standards.

• Collaborate effectively with physicians, scientists, regulatory affairs professionals, and other subject matter experts.

• Manage document development timelines, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality documentation.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of document templates and style guides.

• Stay updated on therapeutic areas and relevant scientific literature.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, healthcare field, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Medical Writer in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

• Proven ability to translate complex scientific and clinical data into clear, accurate, and compliant documents.

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in working with various software applications and collaborating remotely.
