About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Construction Project Manager to lead diverse construction projects from anywhere in the world. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initiation and planning to execution and closeout.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules using online project management tools.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including contractors and consultants, through virtual collaboration.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and client expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Proven ability to manage projects remotely, demonstrating excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Asana) and virtual collaboration tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and risk management.
