Remote Process Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new or modified production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Utilize process simulation software to model and test proposed changes before implementation.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, flowcharts, and control plans.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless process integration and implementation.
• Monitor process performance and troubleshoot issues remotely, recommending and implementing solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in process modeling and simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic, or similar).
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and autonomously in a remote setting.
