About the Role

Our client is seeking a passionate and dynamic Remote Esports Manager to lead their expanding esports division. You will be responsible for recruiting and managing professional esports teams, organizing competitive events, fostering a thriving online community, and developing strategic partnerships within the esports ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, manage, and mentor professional esports players and teams.
• Organize and execute online and offline esports tournaments and events.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the esports community and fan base.
• Manage budgets for esports operations, including team expenses and tournament prize pools.
• Build and maintain relationships with game developers, publishers, sponsors, and other esports stakeholders.
• Create engaging content for social media, streaming platforms, and other channels to promote esports initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in esports management, tournament organization, or team management.
• In-depth knowledge of popular esports titles, the competitive scene, and industry trends.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and coordinate complex virtual events.
• Strong understanding of marketing, community building, and social media strategies within the gaming context.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
