Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to underwriters, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing files.
• Assist with the gathering and review of application information and supporting documents for new and renewal business.
• Perform preliminary analysis of risks based on established guidelines and input data into underwriting systems.
• Process policy endorsements, cancellations, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise with agents, brokers, and clients to gather necessary information or clarify details.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical filing systems for underwriting documentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience (1-2 years) in an administrative support role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry .
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment .
