Remote Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join their fully remote team. This role is essential in crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences across our digital platforms. You will be responsible for translating user needs and business requirements into seamless interface designs, driving user satisfaction and product success. The ideal candidate possesses a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both user experience research and user interface design, with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed environment, championing user-centered design principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to gather insights.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective designs.
• Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer , with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful digital product design.
• Expertise in UX research methodologies and tools (e.g., user interviews, surveys, analytics).
• Proficiency with design and prototyping software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, visual design principles, and information architecture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at working in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
