Senior Blockchain Engineer (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of new blockchain protocols and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Write secure, optimized, and well-tested smart contracts using languages like Solidity or Rust.
• Architect and implement robust APIs and backend services for blockchain integration.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers in a remote setting to define and deliver features.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to establishing engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the blockchain stack.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 5 years specifically in blockchain development .
• Expertise in one or more blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Solana) and smart contract programming languages.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote-first role.
