About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational activities, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks across multiple hospitality units.
• Manage and maintain operational databases, records, and reporting systems.
• Facilitate communication between management, staff, and external vendors to ensure operational alignment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling and correspondence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an operations, administration, or hospitality support role.
