Requirements

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (preferable at a staffing agency).
• Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices).
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
• Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels.
• Hands—on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases.
• Solid organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs.
• Design and customize hiring stages based on each position’s requirements.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
• Perform pre—screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
• Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
• Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed.
• Network and build long—lasting client relationships.
• Contribute to further development, change management in the company.
• Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
