Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet organizational goals.
• Identify, cultivate, and solicit major gifts from individual, corporate, and foundation donors.
• Plan and manage fundraising campaigns, including online giving initiatives and events.
• Write compelling grant proposals and donor reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective donors.
• Utilize CRM systems to track donor interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze results.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in non-profit fundraising.
• Demonstrated success in securing major gifts and meeting fundraising targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in fundraising CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge).
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; CFRE certification is a plus.
