Senior Project Manager - Civil Infrastructure (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex civil infrastructure projects using remote management techniques.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Manage project teams, including engineers, consultants, and contractors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance remote work culture.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Oversee procurement processes, contract administration, and vendor management.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely corrective actions to mitigate risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil project management, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing projects remotely and leading distributed teams effectively.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
