About the Role
Our client is looking for a dedicated Remote Social Support Specialist to provide essential services to individuals and families across various regions. This fully remote position allows you to leverage your expertise in social work and counseling from the comfort of your home office. You will focus on offering guidance, support, and resource connection to clients facing personal challenges, ensuring they have access to the assistance they need. This role requires a proactive approach to remote engagement, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport virtually. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual counseling sessions and needs assessments with clients.

- Maintain accurate and confidential electronic case records.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional registration and licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, equivalent).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in providing direct social support or counseling.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong virtual engagement capabilities.
- Proficiency with video conferencing platforms and electronic health record systems.
